1. About Our Services

We provide Vedic puja and anushthan services in Ujjain, including:

All puja are performed by Pt. Nandkishor Pandey (Acharya) as per Vedic rituals.

2. Booking & Payment

• Puja booking can be done via Call, WhatsApp, or Website
• Advance payment may be required to confirm your booking
• Remaining amount (if any) must be paid before or at the time of puja
• Booking is confirmed only after payment confirmation

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Advance payment is non-refundable once booking is confirmed
• In case of unavoidable circumstances, date can be rescheduled (subject to availability)
• No refund for no-show or last-minute cancellations

4. Puja Process

• All puja are performed as per Vedic vidhi and traditions
• Puja duration may vary depending on type of anushthan
• User must provide correct details (name, gotra, DOB, etc.) for proper sankalp

5. Online / Remote Puja

• Online puja (via video call) is available on request
• We ensure proper arrangement and live darshan
• Technical issues (internet/network) are not our responsibility

6. User Responsibility

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Follow instructions given by pandit ji
• Maintain respectful behavior during puja

7. Limitation of Liability

• Puja/anushthan are spiritual services based on faith and belief
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes
• We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental loss

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (text, images, design) belongs to pujainujjain.in
• Unauthorized use or copying is prohibited
